GOG Refund

Allora il refund di steam ti permette di restituire tutto a patto di non aver superato tot ore/minuti di gioco che ora non ricordo....
Basta dire che il gioco fa schifo e nel giro di 24/48 ore c'è un completo refund...

Ma con GOG ? Qualcuno ha provato ? Sbandierano che restituiscono tutto se chiesto prima dei 30 giorni dall'acquisto, ma poi leggendo bene sembrerebbe solamente in caso di problema di incompatibilità/funzionamento del gioco...e non per una semplice idiosincrasia al gioco....è corretto ?

(Per il momento il top rimane lo store di google per la app di android...si può provare acquistando tutto e con un paio di click si può restituire quello che si vuole con refund immediato...)

Mai avuto esperienza diretta ma ecco due punti rilevanti dalla FAQ:

"8. What if I don't want to bother with trying to get my game working? All I want is my money back!
Our top priority is to help you get the game working, and this means that we will require some cooperation from you. We won't ask anything extravagant, or super time-consuming, like a system reinstall, but if you absolutely refuse to try anything, we won't be able to determine whether the problem can be fixed or not, and won't be able to issue a refund.
This is especially relevant if there are some glaring issues with your computer, like DirectX faults, or drivers that are ancient, or even missing."

Quindi non ci sono limiti sulle ore giocate, e hai 30 giorni per qualunque titolo, ma visto e considerato che i giochi sono DRM free e quindi di fatto non possono davvero toglierteli anche dopo che hai avuto i soldi indietro, si riservano di farlo solo se c'è almeno la parvenza di un problema tecnico (che comunque non puoi dimostrare, quindi anche loro vanno sulla fiducia), e non semplicemente per un "non mi piace"
