Study http://www.thelancet.com/journals/la...634-3/fulltext of 130,843 participants from 17 countries shows that 30 minutes of light physical activity (like household chores) a day can reduce the risk of premature death * from any cause by 28% and rates of heart disease by a fifth. With some VR games shown to be the equivalent of sprinting or swimming VR has the potential of reducing the risk of premature death even more. How many minutes do you play physically active games a day? I play Eleven Table Tennis almost every day and I'm a sweaty exhausted mess by the time I finish. I never knew having so much fun can potentially have such good side effects!
