L'antefatto: sono alla blanda ricerca di un nuovo alloggio. Tramite Craigslist trovo un annuncio allettante: le foto e la descrizione promettono un appartamento per uso singolo (AKA no coinquilini), privo di moquette (un must da queste parti ) e in zona perfetta per la mia quotidianità. Inoltre, il prezzo è di circa 300$/mese inferiore a quanto mi aspetterei dal mercato.
Contatto via email la proprietaria per indagare sulla disponibilità dell'alloggio e prenotare una visita immanente. Ricevo risposta dopo pochi minuti
