Tramite Craigslist trovo un annuncio allettante: le foto e la descrizione promettono un appartamento per uso singolo (AKA no coinquilini), privo di moquette (un must da queste parti ) e in zona perfetta per la mia quotidianità. Inoltre, il prezzo è di circa 300$/mese inferiore a quanto mi aspetterei dal mercato.
Contatto via email la proprietaria per indagare sulla disponibilità dell'alloggio e prenotare una visita immanente. Ricevo risposta dopo pochi minuti

$1400) pending our meeting in other to reserve and rent the property for nobody but you and the first month rent will

be paid after viewing and signing of contract only if the property is ideal by you after the viewing as it's as exact

as the pictures I sent to you!. Please note that the deposit is refundable, if the property is not okay by you i
