There's not a server on fire and unfinished level artwork because there's someone working with bedsheets.

Ever notice how restaurants always have food getting cooked and there's still a hostess up front to greet you?

Yeah... those are called "employees" and they fill specialized "positions" based on their expertise. The hostess and the cooks are not the same person.
