Inclusiveness of all gender identities
Similarly to other organisations and as part of the ongoing efforts to modernise its workplace culture and be inclusive of all gender identities, $azienda supports those who wish to add their personal pronouns in the email signatures. Adding the personal pronouns – he/him/his, she/her/hers, they/them/theirs - to email signatures has the practical benefit of clarifying how someone wishes to be referred to, while also implying that the recipient's gender identity and choice of pronouns will be respected. Younger generations are the most familiar with the use of personal pronouns, however this is getting broader attention.
