First of all I would like to thank you for the great job you are doing promoting diversity and inclusivity.

Although, I would like to ask for a clarification, since unfortunately your ad lacks to specify the correct ethnicity required for this specific internship. I am Italian, as you can see by my name, and since I come from the south I am very dark skinned… Would I be able to apply?

I also have friends who are interested in the ad, but they are not sure if their ethnicity is correct: they are from India, Mexico and Tunisia. They look definitely mixed races, but more on the white side than the black one, so they are not sure whether to apply or not.

Therefore, could I please ask you to specify the threshold of skin blackness under which it is not possible to apply?
