è un calcolo forviante, nel senso che se produci tanta co2 ma esporti anche tanto sembri più virtuoso di quello che sei in realtà. al contrario, se sei molto virtuoso ma importi tanto da paesi che non lo sono, sembra che la politica green abbia provocato un disastro quando invece magari sono importazioni legate a scelte che con la politica green non c'entrano niente.

Si: se importi beni a bassa emissione per realizzare peni ad alta emissione e venderli, ti scala il carbonio da quei calcoli.
Se ci fai caso, i paesi che esportano meno secondario tipo acciaieria e simili, e si concentrano su combustibili o energia e soprattutto hanno manodopera meno costosa, hanno una forbice più stretta o comunque hanno meno riduzione di emissione a parità di incremento di "crescita economica" (che poi non è meglio specificata).

secondo questa lettura la finlandia dovrebbe avere una forbice ben più lontana da una francia a caso per esempio
