THey don´t have the machines ceritificates (because they hide them )but we do The dicatator Maduro has all institutions taken including the armed forces.

Everything is kidnapped including the Supreme Court.
I am not sure there are Wagner troops. What is sure is that there are Russins and Cubans elite troops. Today Wagner is an organization without a head after their leadewr was murdered by Putin and the troopers are mostly absorbed by different factions of the Russian Army. A video was published by a Russian that had a Wagner badge on his arm. But knowing myself what happened in Ukraine, I don´t think they are real Wagner troopers.
