Il problema e' che la tua scheda video non supporta le opengl 4.5 se non erro.
Sotto ti post ola soluzione sembrerebbe fare al caso tuo:
Wow this worked for me! Intel i5 2500k CPU, AMD Radeon HD 6900 series (ATI). It used to crash as soon as it got to the white screen, before "Initialize" came on the screen, but now I can get into the game proper. Thanks a million, good job! 100 points for Slytherine!
