Good afternoon,
Thank you for your email regarding your,
We are aware that there are some connectivity issues with the TV and the PS4 Pro. As the console has just been released, this is something that has only recently been brought to our attention and is still being looked into. We have tested this further and the compatibility issue revolves around the HDCP 2.2 connection, however the TV does fully support HDCP 2.2 and works well with other HDCP 2.2 devices, so this issue is with the PS4 Pro in particular. I do apologise for any inconvenience this causes, and I can reassure you that a software patch is currently being worked on and is under test in the factory to resolve this problem, to be released to the TV as soon as possible. To ensure that you receive the update once this is made available, please go to Settings, Advanced, General, About this TV and check that the automatic update feature is enabled. In the interim, there is a work around you can do, you can easily change to HDCP 1.4 in your PS4. When the PS4 is off you hold the power button for around 7-8 seconds then the PS4 will start in safe mode, here you can reach the HDCP settings and change it to HDCP 1.4.
You can also turn on HDMI Ultra Deep Colour to resolve this issue, you can do this by going Settings< All Settings< General< HDMI Ultra Deep Colou, here you will be able to turn this on on individual HDMI ports.
Should you have any queries, or if there is anything else we can help you with in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you need to reply, please click the additional questions link below.
Kind regards
