Cyberpunk 2077 Will Only Offer Ray-Tracing on Nvidia Hardware At Launch


Cyberpunk 2077 will not offer ray-tracing for AMD graphics cards at launch, the developer has confirmed.

In an interview with PC Gamer's magazine, art director Jakup Knapik confirmed that only Nvidia Geforce cards will support the feature when the game launches next month.

That's a shame for AMD-based graphics card owners because Cyberpunk looks to be a perfect ray-tracing showcase with its neon lighting and dark, moody interiors.

Knapik did, however, confirm that the feature will be available through Nvidia's Geforce Now game streaming.

Si veramente tanta tanta roba non vedo l'ora di metterci le manacce... premetto che non conosco il mondo di cyberpunk però, dovrei documentarmi. Intanto il pc è sistemato ok che la grafica non è tutto però...

tra l'altro nel trailer avrei evitato di svelare chi è Silverhand. Per carità ci sono sicuramente moltissime cose che non si sanno, però imho avrei preferito scoprirlo da me durante il gioco. Insomma l'effetto sorpresa che è rimasto tale fino a questo trailer, per me poteva tranquillamente restare così.
