Lawful Good: The Abrams is considered to be epitome of the image "tank".
Neutral Good: The Leopard is a new design with an autoloader and some other things, however it still fits into what a "tank" looks like.
Chaotic Good: The KV-2 is a ridiculous looking tank, however it was largely successful, being one of the biggest obstacles that the German army faced.
Lawful Neutral: The T-55 is a old cold war tank and never saw direct combat, however it's design is the icon of tank design during the Cold War.
True Neutral: The T-90 is a modern tank, however it's design is very different from many western tanks and utilizes many new components.
Chaotic Neutral: I do not know much about the Merkava, but I heard that it is a hotly disputed topic on whether this is really a "tank" among other things.
Lawful Evil: The Maus is a super-heavy tank that would have never worked in reality. But it fitted into other countries concept of a super-heavy tank (The Tortoise, The T-28, and the TOG II)
Neutral Evil: The Tiger II was a real tank, however it suffered from many reliability problems and was considered by many historians to be a downgrade from previous German tanks.
Chaotic Evil: This is pretty self-explanatory. This thing was the size of a skyscraper, it was the heaviest tank that was ever designed in history, THEY PLANNED TO USE NAVAL GUNS ON THIS. The Landkreuzer P. 1000 Ratte was never built.
