Look, there can't be this perpetual bond between SCOTUS judge and nominating President, to the point it is expected the judge will always rule in favor of their sponsor.
The judge is expected to maintain impartiality, even if that means organically ruling against their sponsor, when the occasion warrants it.
However, if Coney is consistently ruling against conservative issues, then this is obvious to everyone, and it appears as if she misrepresented who she really was, in order to secure the nomination. And that's deceitful.
Not sure what is up between them, but I hope they work it out.
There must be a process for removing or at least punishing Supreme Court Justices who lied about their values. Especially when their actions run in stark contrast to the overwhelming will of the people.
