Con la kermesse di Colonia che si avvia alle battute finali, è arrivato il consueto appuntamento con i Gamescom Award 2017.
Quest’anno il titolo di miglior videogioco della fiera è stato assegnato a Super Mario Odyssey; il platform tridimensionale della casa di Kyoto ha inoltre fatto manbassa di premi, ottenendo anche i riconoscimenti per il miglior gioco per Nintendo Switch, miglior gioco per la famiglia, miglior action game e titolo più atteso dal pubblico.
